About speed ratio:

If the drive belt for cutting metal was being used, the blade would be passing about 66.08 -/+ 2 times through the blade guide every minute at the speed of 230 r.p.m’s. (2/15 of the speed being distributed from the 1725 r.p.m’s motor when using the Dia drive shaft connected to the 7 – 1/2” Dia. blade drive wheel.)

Unfortunely, that belt for metal cutting didn’t come with this item when it was originally purchased because it was considered is an optional accessory at the time.

It is a drive belt # 419-96-133-0002. (That belt is 28” Long x 1” Wide & 1/8” Thick)

If the drive belt for cutting wood was being used, the blade would be passing about 247.83 -/+ 4 times through the blade guide every minute at the speed of 862.5 r.p.m’s. (1/2 of the speed being distributed from the 1725 r.p.m’s motor when using the Dia drive pully connected to the 7 – 1/2” Dia. blade drive wheel.)

Max stock thickness under the blade guide is 8 – Ό” when blade guide is pulled up at its maximum height.

About the manual, as how the band saw performs its work, what is in the picture is what I am selling. Another words, any accessories that were suppose to come with the band saw stated in the manual wouldn’t be in this sale such as the rip fence because that item was damaged or missing.

Replacement parts? You can go to www.deltamachinery.com for help or type in “Rip Fence” in their search box and click on that first selection.
