The past history of this motorcycle -
This motorcycle
was purchased on August of 1972 as new and was ridden by a couple who
currently owns it. It was ridden for occasional trips here, there and was
always garage kept all the time as currently now.
It was until the
year of 1982 this motorcycle wasnt ridden any more.
The
diver has lost interest due to interest in other hobbies motorcycle
was still in perfect condition back then.
Motorcycle had
sit alone in the garage for the about ten to eleven years next to an auto.
Then this motorcycle was moved to the garage rear attached shed and then
sat some more for the next six or seven years until finally it was then
moved to the workshop section of the garage for any general tweaking and
part upgrades.
During the
summer of 2005, an attempt was made to operate the motorcycle using its
original parts to observe its performance. Due to natural environment
elements from the motorcycle sitting and sitting during its lonely years,
some major appearance including minor parts (used for a tune-up) had to be
taken into consideration.
Because of
limited financial resources, this motorcycle was unable to be examined for
the summer of 2005 as planned.
Summer of 2006
was the time for this, Honda CB450 Double Over Head Cam
Motorcycle to be, re-born back into its beauty.
