4 car garage

The garage is made up of five sections including the attic.

 

Note:

 

Do to over accumulation of objects through out the garage, some rooms will not be pictured until objects are cleared out.

 

The sections are:

 

The west bay - The corner room of the garage closest to the fish pond.

 

The east bay - The corner room of the garage closest to the main patio.

 

The front bay - The room that is connected to the driveway.

 

The sub-shed - The room that is next to the shed separated by a partition wall.

 

The core room - The room where the west bay, the east bay, sub shed and the front bay all connected to.

 

About each room:

 

 

    The west bay room  - has an 8 in-a-half foot wide X 7 foot high hand operated steel pull-up or down door with key lock built into the handle. Door guards in both sides lock into place when door is completely closed.

 

6 inch thick concrete floor. Some walls in ceiling in this area, have unfinished drywall.

 

A 2 foot wide X 4 foot long door to the attic.

 

There are four sets of florescent lights that use 8 feet long tube like lights.

 

The quarter inch thick glass window on the south-west wall is 5 feet wide X 3 feet high and is made out of pine wood framing connected to heavy duty brass door hinges.

 

The are two 220 V lines on the south-west & north-east wall located about two feet north-west from the core room.

 

There is 5 foot wide X 7 feet high divided opening on the north-east wall going into the east bay room.

 

The is no dividing wall connecting the core room.

 

The west bay is 13 and-a-half feet wide X 17 feet long.

 

Two double outside access doors with locking capabilities on the exterior black stained tongue and groove channel cedar wall to the attic above the steel pull door to store things in the attic.

 

Also has a light on the side of the garage next the pool patio for security lighting.

 

 

    The east bay room  - has an 8 in-a-half foot wide X 7 foot high hand operated steel pull-up or down door with key lock built into the handle. Door guards in both sides lock into place when door is completely closed.

The doorway on the north-east wall has key-lock entry knob and a dead bolt under that with dogs currently guarding the premises - dogs not included.

 

The north-east wall has a 220 V 600 AMP. circuit breaker box for the whole entire garage.

 

The painted garage door is solid core door at 1 and-a-half inches thick wood.

 

The is a 220 V line on the south-west wall located about two feet north-west from the core room.

 

A 5 foot wide X 7 foot high divided opening on the south-west wall going into the west bay room.

 

A 9 feet wide X 7 feet high divided opening on the south-east wall going into the core room.

 

The east bay is 15 and-a-half foot wide X 16 and-a-half feet long.

 

 

    For both west and east bay, a vehicle up to 34 feet in length X 6 and-a-half feet high & 8 feet wide could be stored in both sections.

 

 

    The front bay room  - has a 16 and-a-half foot wide fiber glass door and has a spiral rod motor driven garage opener with three remote garage controls included.

 

Two wall switches from different locations in the garage can open the motor driven door from either switch. 

 

If pull chain is pulled below the motor, then the door can be pulled up or down by hand.

 

6 inch thick concrete slant floor 1 and-a-half inch per 20 foot down apron to driveway to keep water off the floor.

 

Ceiling has rafters with no drywall on the ceiling including the joists and nailed floor planks in the attic above the front bay area.

 

This is to allow for extra high storage in the front bay area.

 

The wall area has some unfinished drywall.

 

Four single screw-in bulb lights.

 

Two spot lights for the driveway and one for the patio operated by switches inside.

 

The quarter inch thick glass window on the north-west wall to the main patio is 6 feet wide X 3 feet high and has pine wood framing connected to heavy duty brass window door hinges.

 

A 6 foot wide X 7 foot high divided opening with double wooden doors on the south-east wall going into the core room.

 

The front bay is 17 and-a-half feet wide X 20 feet long.

 

Space for two autos and extra high truck ability, a storage cabinet in the upper right-hand corner for the auto needs.

 

Two double outside access doors with locking capabilities on the exterior black stained tongue and groove channel cedar wall to the attic above the steel pull door to 

 

store things in the attic. The upper access door above the front bay garage door bay can be used to gain close access to the security camera for maintenance.

 

    The core room  - has a 6 inch thick concrete floor with a 1 and-a-half foot sunken section off to the side with a total of 67 square feet..

 

Some of the walls and the ceiling in this area have unfinished drywall.

 

A 2 foot wide X 4 foot long pull-down door with ladder with drop stairs leading to the attic.

 

Eight single screw-in bulb lights are on the ceiling of the core room..

 

A 6 foot wide X 7 foot high divided opening with double wooden doors on the north-east wall going into the front bay room.

 

A 9 foot wide X 7 foot high divided opening on the north-west wall going into the east bay room.

 

The is no dividing wall connected to the west bay room.

 

A 5 and-a-half foot wide X 7 and-a-half foot high divided opening on the south-west wall going into the sub-shed.

 

The core room is 17 and-a-half feet wide X 29 feet long.

 

Space for two autos, perhaps vintage autos or motorcycles.

 

 

    The sub shed  - has a 6 inch thick concrete floor.

 

Some of the walls and the ceiling in this area have some unfinished drywall.

A 5 and-a-half foot wide X 7 and-a-half foot high divided opening on the north-east wall going into the core room.

 

The sub shed is 13 in-a-half long X 7 in-a-half feet long.

 

Extra space for anything.

   

 

From one end to the other end of the attic above the front bay and the core room, there are four pull chain lights.

 

There are two door ways to the attic. 

 

The first door way is the pull-down folding stairs built into the pull door with a string to pull the door down.

 

This ceiling door is about four feet from above double doorway in the core room connecting from the front bay.

 

The second door way to the attic is located on the ceiling in the center of the west bay room.

 

A ladder would be required to clime up to the attic door way however the doorway with pull-down folding stairs is connected to the same attic for easier access 

 

The whole exterior of garage is all aluminum siding with vents in the roof with some black stained tongue and groove channel cedar located above all track doors.
